The GD-type belt‑type vacuum rotary drum filter is a high‑quality, cost‑effective, custom‑designed solid–liquid separation device independently developed by our company through the assimilation of advanced foreign technologies and continuous innovation. It is a filtration unit that performs continuous suction filtration, dewatering, and automatic discharge under vacuum. Its ingenious design and impeccable performance, driven by cutting‑edge technology, make it particularly well suited for concentrating and dewatering materials with low solid content, fine particle size, and high viscosity.
Depending on the material being processed, GD-type belt‑type filter presses are further classified into structural configurations such as GD, GDY, and WGD.
Working principle
The GD-type filter is a belt‑traveling solid–liquid separation device. During operation, the material in the tank is subjected to vacuum suction; the liquid passes through the filter cloth, flows via the suction pipe into the distribution valve, and then exits through the valve’s discharge pipe into the vapor–liquid separator before being discharged. The solids remain on the filter cloth, forming a filter cake, which is automatically removed by the traveling filter cloth as it passes over the discharge roller. The filter cloth is guided by an automatic web‑alignment device into the washing tank, where it is regenerated by high‑pressure water rinsing on both sides. After passing through the tensioning roller, it returns to the drum surface to commence a new filtration cycle.
